  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.
  • Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conversation with clients over phone, email or message and provide them with quality support.
  • Follow up calls to ensure that their queries were resolved
  • Maintain log and all other the information in the system

Educational Requirements

  • O Level / A Level or IELTS score over 6.5 or Good Communication in English

Experience Requirements

  • Freshers are encouraged

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 18 years
  • Having Customer Support experience will get a preference
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
  • Freshers are highly encouraged, experience in the relevant field will get a preference
  • Must be young and energetic
