Pridesys IT Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Executive, BPO.
Executive, is a BPO centric position, will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate would be required to speak fluent English.
This position is NIGHT SHIFT ONLY.
Office timing will be 6:30 pm to 4:00 am.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
Communicate effectively in English to ensure a clear understanding of customer needs.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
Calling potential clients and getting them signed up.
Follow up calls to ensure that their queries were resolved.
Maintain log and all other the information in the system.
O Level / A Level / IELTS score over 6.5 / Good Communication in English
At most 1 years
Age at least 18 years
Having Client & Vendor Management experience will get a preference
Having Customer Support/BPO experience will get a preference
Both males and females are allowed to apply.
Freshers are highly encouraged, experience in the relevant field will get a preference
Must be young and energetic
Must have the willingness to learn and grow
Must be ready to work under pressure
Basic knowledge of office package and the internet
