We are seeking a forward-thinking, experiencedTechnical Business Analystto join our e-Government project team. The e-Government project team is focused on Government IT project in Bangladesh. This position will focus on to maintain liaise with Government offices and develop project to meet the Vision 2041 SMART Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
Visit Government offices and maintain liaise to understand citizen centric service requirements and needs to develop e-Service Ideas and project
Knowledge on tender documentation, including EOI and RFP responses, technical proposals, and project specifications.
Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly software documentation, including Inception SRS Reports, user manuals, installation guides.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, software developers, and project managers to gather information and understand complex technical concepts.
Translate technical information into easily understandable content for various target audiences.
Conduct research and gather information from diverse sources to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the e-Governance domain.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum BSc. in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the IT industry.
Experience in developing software documentation and tender documentation will be highly advantageous.
Familiarity with e-Government projects and related documentation is desirable.
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, specifically diagram drawing tools like Visio, will be considered an advantage.
Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and writing style.
Ability to comprehend complex technical information and present it in a simplified manner.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
