Job Context

We are searching for an innovative Technical Lead to join our company. As the Technical Lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.
To be successful as a Technical Lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding Technical Leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Hands-on leadership of multiple development teams
  • Working with multiple global teams to implement strategic Auto Originations product roadmap
  • Working with other Engineering Leads and development leads to implement technology transformation and Cloud migration
  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
  • Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
  • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Educational Requirements
  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in computer Science and engineering or any discipline with having strong English writing skills
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10+ Years
  • At least 20+ completed project
  • 6+ years of technology experience, including 4 years of technical product delivery and management
  • Programming Languages Skills: Java, SOAP, MySQL, SQL, XML, XSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JMS, Python and Linux, Liferay, Perl, Jenkin, Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, C++, C#, .Net, PHP, SQL Server, ASP.Net, JavaScript, J2EE, Unix/Linux Shell scripting, jQuery, Kafka, LDAP, React, ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, MVVM.
  • Software and Technology Skills: REST, Waterfall, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Unix scripting, Shell scripting, Bash, PowerShell, C, Visual Studio, LINQ, , web services, MVC, Java/Oracle, PL/SQL, Software Development Lifecycle, JSON, PostgreSQL, UML, Android, iOS, JavaME, Ruby on Rails, Spring , Hibernate, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Maven, REST API, GIT, WebLogic, Oracle, VB.Net, Bootstrap, SaaS, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, cakephp, jruby, Swagger, MVC, AngularJS
