We are seeking a highly capable Manager to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department. In this role, you will represent as a team leader. Your exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team.
- Develop company policy, procedure and rule.
- Maintain company documentation.
- Recruit right person for the required position.
- Supervise new employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.
- Patient to listen every person of the company and give the right counselling and motivation to work.
- Understand every employee and make a career plan based on their expectation.
- Ensure Personal Management Information Database up to date.
- Prepare daily reports on HR team activities and submit to management.
- Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals.
- Develop training and onboarding material.
- Respond to employees’ questions.
- Administer drug, background checks, and other pre-employment screening.
Educational Requirements:
- At least Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in HRM
- MBA & PGDHRM are more preferrable
Experience Requirements:
- 6-10 years’ work experience on HR
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of labor legislation
Additional Requirements:
- Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Excellent communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone calls.
- Excellent skills in written English to create reports and meet tight deadlines.
