We are seeking a Property Preservation Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing work orders, verifying completion, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with client guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process property preservation work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze photos and documentation to ensure work completion and compliance with client requirements.
- Communicate with contractors and vendors to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information.
- Develop bids for property preservation projects based on a thorough review of property photos and a keen ability to assess required repairs.
- Create detailed damage reports, utilizing imagination and attention to detail to accurately document the condition of foreclosed properties.
- Provide accurate and reliable eyeball estimates for repairs and maintenance tasks, considering both cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate pricing according to client specifications.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending work orders.
- Stay updated on industry guidelines, regulations, and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in property preservation processing.
- Familiarity with property preservation software (e.g., PPW) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
